 About Karly:  I am a wife and a stay-at-home mom of three small children. Girls That Twirl came into existence when my 4 year old daughter could not find a skirt that twirled big enough for her, so I decided to create one! As she wore the skirt around town, she received so many compliments! As a result, I started making more twirly skirts for local little girls, and decided it was time to expand and start a new business. What little girl doesn't like to twirl?
